About the Role

Our company is dedicated to enhancing patients' lives by developing and supplying innovative cannabis medicines. This role works in a multi-faceted environment, operating production equipment, cleaning facilities, handling raw materials and cannabis materials, and participating in the commissioning of new equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Working safely, adhering to strict safety procedures and protocols
  • Understanding and implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles
  • Maintaining equipment performance by following operating instructions, communicating breakdowns, and managing supplies
  • Escalating and responding to alarms/faults in line with procedures or instructions
  • Promptly reporting any Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), quality, production, or security events/deviations
  • Recording production parameters, analyzing data, and reporting as necessary
  • Maintaining accurate logs for equipment, facilities, and cleaning activities
  • Developing and maintaining production procedures and forms within our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Completing production documentation/batch records/labelling in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and participating in document reviews
  • Following schedules for cleaning and recording activities as directed
  • Ensuring the production area is well-stocked and resourced by regularly checking inventory and informing the Production Supervisor of needs
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the production environment
  • Participating in training programs as directed and working with the Production Manager on training plans
  • Assisting with training of new team members
  • Handling controlled material according to established procedures
  • Coordinating with the cultivation group to ensure material transfer

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
