Corporate Lawyer

The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, handling various corporate matters, including due diligence, legal analysis, and regulatory issues.

As a corporate lawyer, you will work alongside partners and senior lawyers in a well-established team. You will collaborate with our teams in different locations and handle diverse clients from local and international companies to private investors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
  • Handling various matters related to corporate/M&A transactions
  • Liaising with clients and advisers across specialties within the firm
  • Completing transactions efficiently
  • Participating in commercial transactions such as capital raisings, joint ventures, and equity structures
  • Managing other commercial contracts as needed

About You

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Post-admission experience in corporate/commercial law
  • Experience in M&A transactions
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and attention to detail skills
  • Effective organization and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Technical excellence and motivation
