Exciting Contracting Opportunity for Experienced Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team on a contracting basis. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with clients who have sustained a workplace injury, providing expert guidance and support to help them return to health and work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and case manage clients to achieve return to health and work outcomes
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, employers, and healthcare professionals
  • Work closely with our employment services division to provide comprehensive support to clients
  • Complete high-level written reporting and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Occupational Therapy (with relevant registration and membership)
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience, with a focus on NSW Workers Compensation cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • ACN and Professional Indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
