Your Role: As an In-Work Support Consultant, you will support clients as they move through the In-Work Support phase. You will work with internal stakeholders, clients, and employers to ensure high-quality service and retain long-term employment opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with employers, clients, and team members to assist clients in maintaining employment.
  • Maintain internal and external stakeholder relations and promote collaboration on decisions and communication.
  • Escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Ensure compliance with employment services contracts and internal policies and procedures.
