Builder Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Builder Manager to join our team at Johns Lyng Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insurance building projects from commencement to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of insurance building projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, clients, and tradespeople to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Engage, coordinate, and manage trades to meet project requirements.
- Negotiate and communicate with trades to track progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate access to properties and ensure all work conforms to legislative and contractual OHS requirements.
- Dispute and issue resolution to maintain high-quality project outcomes.
- A proven track record of demonstrating drive and energy in previous roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills with the ability to be empathetic to clients' needs.
- Intermediate computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Building trade or construction qualification and a strong understanding of OHS practices, legislation, and regulations.
- Current motor vehicle license and a willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical examination and criminal background check if required.
