Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity in Sydney

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our new 90-place early learning centre in the Hills District area of Castle Hill, Sydney. As a family-owned centre, we focus on child-led learning and individual identity.

The centre features a contemporary design with natural materials, bright and airy playrooms, and protected outdoor areas for children to explore and learn. Our philosophy is built around enriching environments that promote relaxation, creativity, and active play.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and education, managing daily operations, and maintaining centre standards. You will also develop collaborative relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring high-quality care and education
  • Maintaining centre compliance with EYLF and NQS regulations
  • Managing day-to-day operations, enrolments, and waitlists

Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (Overseas qualifications accepted if approved by ACECQA)
  • At least 5 years experience as a Centre Director
  • Sound understanding of EYLF and NQS
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire and support a team
