Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced construction project coordinator to join our team working on various projects in Queensland, New South Wales, and Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buying materials for each phase of the project;
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings;
- Conducting quality and safety inspections;
- Day-to-day problem-solving and dealing with any issues that arise;
- Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public;
- Maintaining quality control checks;
- Monitoring build costs and project progress;
- Motivating the workforce;
- Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors;
- Utilizing specialist project management computer programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The successful applicant will have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor's degree or higher qualification OR at least five years of relevant construction site management employment experience.
- An immediate start is available.
