Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans to engage employees and stakeholders across the Gove site
  • Coach leaders on effective communications and messaging to their teams
  • Collaborate with operations and closure leaders to ensure seamless communication and a 'one team' ethos
  • Actively engage with frontline employees and supervisors to collect feedback and continuously improve communications
  • Develop rich, relevant content that reaches employees and experiment with new ways to communicate effectively
  • Manage and oversee content across operations to ensure information is timely and effective
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate communications impact and reach against key business priorities
Requirements
  • A strong background in internal communications or a related field
  • Experience working in an operations environment and collaborating with corporate affairs disciplines
  • Well-developed writing skills and ability to adapt content for various channels and audiences
  • Ability to transform technical information into engaging content and manage complex issues
  • Ability to prioritize and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
  • A bachelor's degree in communications or a related field
