We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients across the Gold Coast South region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments for diverse range of clients including aged care and NDIS participants.
- Provide wound care, medication administration, and continence management services.
- Health monitoring, reporting, and clinical documentation for each client.
- Support clients with chronic disease and post-acute care needs.
- Collaborate with care coordinators and allied health providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate and support care staff and family members on best practices.
- Deliver services in line with best practice and care standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Compassionate, client-focused approach is essential.
- Reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Indemnity Insurance.
- Full Australian working rights.
