Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist with a passion for working with children. They will have a strong understanding of speech, language, and communication needs, and be able to develop and deliver personalised therapy plans tailored to each child's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client assessment and therapy
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and deliver therapy plans tailored to each child's needs
  • Provide therapy through telehealth, face-to-face sessions, or a combination of both
  • Work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support each child's development
  • Offer coaching and strategies to parents, carers, and educators to enhance carryover of therapy goals
  • Mentor and supervise Therapy Assistants
  • Create and utilise engaging therapy resources to support client goals
  • Assist in developing online materials and programs to extend the reach and impact of your work
  • Stay updated with evidence-based practices and incorporate them into your therapy
  • Contribute to the growth of your practice by leading or participating in innovative projects
