Occupational Therapist - Rural Career Opportunities

Are you seeking a challenging and rewarding career in occupational therapy? We are looking for an experienced or new graduate occupational therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. Our comprehensive new graduate program is designed to provide clinical excellence and active support from a diverse range of professionals.

  • Our ideal candidate will have strong assessment and intervention skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

  • Responsibilities will include assessing and designing personalized intervention services and therapy plans for clients with varying needs, including paediatrics, home modifications, vocational rehabilitation, disability, neurological rehabilitation, and aged care.

  • The successful candidate will also be required to collaborate with allied health professionals and local primary healthcare teams to achieve client goals within base clinic and outreach locations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.

  • Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or eligibility for registration.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
