About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key events professional within a dynamic organisation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in event management, with a strong track record of delivering successful face-to-face and online events.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a diverse program of events that aligns with the organisation's goals and objectives.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Event planning and delivery, including logistics, venue selection, catering, AV, and speaker arrangements;
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all events;
  • Developing and disseminating event-related content and marketing materials;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with sponsors and partners;
  • Overseeing event budgets and coordinating quotes and invoices;
  • Evaluating event success through participant feedback and analysis;
  • Supporting wider membership engagement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in event management, preferably within a membership organisation;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and initiative, with a positive and flexible approach;
  • A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events.
