Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Providing advanced physiotherapy services, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation, to paediatric patients with complex needs.
  • Caseload Management: Prioritising and coordinating patient caseloads, actively participating in clinical reviews, and completing accurate documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Coordinating and supervising junior physiotherapists, delegating interventions and tasks, and receiving feedback on patient progress and clinical issues.
  • Education and Support: Educating families, carers, and staff on patient mobility and functional challenges, organising discharge summaries, and referring outpatients as needed.
