
Therapy Team Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Lead Therapist to join our team. As a skilled clinician, you will be responsible for elevating the skills of your team and driving organisation changes that will have a positive impact on our NDIS participants.
In this role, you will:
- Elevate the skills of your team by sharing your expertise and experience
- Steer organisation changes that will support the delivery of high-quality support under a social model of disability
- Empower your team to deliver their best work by providing clinical leadership and guidance
- Grow your skills supporting people with different personalities and abilities
- Share your knowledge with less experienced team members to support their development
Your Everyday
You will have delivered therapy within your discipline, bringing hope and fulfillment to clients using a social model of therapy. You will also have supported therapists to implement their Grow Plans, collaborated with stakeholders to achieve team KPIs, and undertaken professional development to develop as a leader or clinician.
