About the RoleThe Allied Health Assistant will be responsible for managing client activities to support positive outcomes, providing evidence-based therapy services in home and community environments, and liaising with external stakeholders to provide individualised support plans.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing therapy programs that meet the needs of clients;
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication;
- Providing regular progress reports to supervisors and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements include:
- A current study or previous experience in occupational therapy;
- Passion for supporting independence and maximising potential;
- High level of communication and computer literacy skills;
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle access;
- Willingness to complete background checks.
