Job Description

As a seasoned finance professional, this role offers the opportunity to partner closely with cross-functional teams and drive business growth through accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop insights that inform campaign success and optimize Brand Support spend
  • Partner with Sales to deliver clear forecasting and sharp variance analysis for Market Development Funds (MDF)
  • Manage and reconcile rebates and discounts in SAP, ensuring commercial terms are met and stakeholders are informed
  • Upload forecasts and budgets into Hyperion with precision and timeliness
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor, providing commentary and challenging assumptions to drive data-driven decision making
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance with hands-on experience in month-end and balance sheet reconciliation
  • Strong analytical skills and exposure to ERP systems (SAP highly regarded) and advanced Excel capabilities
  • Confidence in business partnering – able to present insights and build strong relationships across functions
  • Deadline-driven and organized, with a proven ability to navigate complex information and drive results
