The successful candidate will be responsible for providing system administration services, end-user support, and maintenance of the Financial Management Information System (FMIS).
Key Responsibilities- Assist with system administration services utilizing the FMIS, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Provide TechnologyOne end-user support, maintenance, and monitoring services to ensure efficient system usage.
- Manage user access policies and requests across multiple agencies, maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities to maintain system currency, ensuring upgrades/releases are tested and deployed in a planned and timely manner to maximize system performance capability and database capacity.
- Identify and promote opportunities to drive business process efficiency improvements and risk reduction.
- Develop TechnologyOne, including new modules, interfacing with other systems, dashboards, import functionality, and automated workflow processes.
- Strong FMIS knowledge of TechnologyOne in an APS setting.
- Excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in making systems work for users.
- Ability to lead a team and interact daily with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and an inquisitive nature.
- Australian citizenship.
