As a key member of our billing team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and stable organisation.

This role is ideal for graduates who are driven, committed and dynamic, and are able to think outside the square.

You will work closely with our team of experienced consultants and developers to support the implementation and configuration of our PowerBilling and Revenue Collection (PBRC) product.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their technical skills to drive team success, collaborating with developers to configure PowerBilling and PBRC, and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage programming concepts to drive team success.
  • Collaborate with developers to configure PowerBilling and PBRC.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients.
  • Analyse problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the billing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical skills with SQL, JavaScript and MS SQL / Oracle databases.
  • Knowledge of Billing and Accounts Receivable processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with Hospital Billing to Medicare and Health Funds.
