Aero Rotating Equipment Installation Specialist

We deliver industry-leading products and services that optimize energy extraction, production, and processing.
Our field services team provides support for the installation, maintenance, and planning of our products for global customers.
You will lead installations/maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe and compliant installations as an Aero Mechanical Field Service Specialist.
As the onsite expert, you will continually develop your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Direction: Ensure safety, compliance, and quality by providing technical guidance for internal teams and skilled labor.
- Equipment Oversight: Oversee, overhaul, troubleshooting, and commissioning of rotating equipment and products at customer sites.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Training and Compliance: Ensure internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.
- Tool Management: Properly manage company digital tools to retrieve technical documents and manage packing lists, bills of material, and drawings.
- A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
- A mechanical technical degree or engineering degree.
- Basic knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Strong customer service orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.
- Capacity to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Will to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities.
