Strategic Allied Health Leader

You will drive innovation and excellence in the Allied Health workforce, clinical education, and research. You will lead a team of clinicians to develop strategies that ensure Monash Health leads in these areas.

This role requires a strong leader who can develop structures to enhance patient care, culture, strategic direction, and professional governance of Allied Health at Monash Health.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership of Allied Health clinicians, experience in clinical education and research including publications and conference presentations, and an undergraduate qualification in an Allied Health discipline.

  • Demonstrated leadership of Allied Health clinicians
  • Clinical education and research experience
  • Undergraduate qualification in an Allied Health discipline
