Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to lead our national early careers programs and drive strategic people outcomes. As a Senior People Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating key project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of early careers programs nationally in collaboration with our generalist team.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and professional associations to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to deliver engaging induction programs and seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs through thoughtful design and implementation.
  • Support core HR operations and reporting cycles, including WGEA and Mercer submissions, and employee engagement surveys.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in generalist HR, early careers, coordination, or project-based HR work.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the bigger picture.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A collaborative and authentic approach, aligned to our firm values.
