We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the production manufacturing process, quality control procedures and safety standards for the manufacture of food products.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the production manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist the management team in daily production needs, providing expert advice on quality control procedures and safety protocols
- Accurate process monitoring through valid and reliable sampling techniques
- Skilled in internal auditing and familiar with relevant industry regulations
- Strong interpersonal abilities, including effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in computer programs and relevant software, including HACCP and Quality Assurance Systems
- Excellent time management, written, and verbal communication skills
