Christmas Sales Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Christmas Sales Assistant in our Eastland Kids Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing accurate product information, handling customer queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
