About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety and security of people and property across multiple facilities, including fire safety. This involves effectively managing security operations to maintain a high standard of service delivery to staff, patients, and visitors through adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Healthcare Security Officers in promoting a quality ethos and maintaining awareness of contemporary industry practices, including Accreditation, National Standards, technology, and best practices.">
  • Work collaboratively across all divisions to achieve security goals and objectives.">
  • Maintain awareness of security threats and implement measures to mitigate risks.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong understanding of security principles and practices, as well as experience in a similar role.
