About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clarins Counter Manager/Beauty Therapist to join our Cumberland Park Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestige products.
  • Provide luxurious beauty treatments in our beauty rooms.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensure the Clarins counter is beautifully presented and well-stocked.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
Requirements
  • Extensive skill and experience in performing facials and product demonstrations.
  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to diverse customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to continue learning about National Pharmacies products and services.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a committed team.
  • Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy is essential.
