About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Beauty Therapist and Counter Manager to join our team at National Pharmacies.

As a Beauty Therapist and Counter Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to our customers, while also ensuring the Clarins counter is beautifully presented and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety of health and well-being needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive skill and experience in performing facials and other product demonstrations, and have excellent product knowledge and presentation in line with a prestige brand.
  • Teamwork: Relate well with customers and teammates, and be willing to continue to learn about the products and services National Pharmacies offers.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible, and able to work effectively in, and contribute to, a committed team.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy: Essential.
  • Unrestricted Work and Study Rights: Must have unrestricted work and study rights to apply.
