BMD Urban Construction Crew Member

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our team as a Kerb and Gutter Finisher. This is a key position in our multi-skilled Civil Construction team based in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities- Operate in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to BMD Quality, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the Leading Hand and site Foreman to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of civil construction processes and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, with a strong background in concrete finishing and kerb laying.
- The ability to read and interpret plans, with a focus on attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- A strong safety focus, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Prior experience as a Concreter, with a proven track record of high-quality work.
- A current driver's license and Construction White Card.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
