Leading a Team of Data Scientists and Analysts

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team of data scientists and analysts in delivering high-impact projects.

As a leader, you will contribute to the success of our customer services data & analytics team capabilities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of analysts and their work delivery, promoting a high-performing data science team.
  • Maintain agile lifecycle and tools, educating the team on agile delivery methodologies.
  • Prioritize initiatives across multiple streams of work.
  • Evaluate feasibility, effort to deliver, and cost-benefit decisions.
  • Be an active member of the leadership team focused on building a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role with expertise in data & analytics.
  • Extensive knowledge in data science and its methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning (supervised and unsupervised) using Python, R, SQL, Jupyter, TensorFlow, Apache Spark, or a combination thereof.
