We are seeking a faith-filled leader to serve as the Head of Primary School. This full-time executive leadership role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic Primary School team and shape a flourishing learning community grounded in Gospel truth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing spiritual and strategic leadership to the Primary School as a member of the Executive Team
  • Leading teaching and learning with a commitment to academic excellence and holistic child development
  • Cultivating a positive, supportive and prayerful school culture for students, staff and families
  • Oversight of curriculum development, professional learning, and policy compliance
  • Managing Primary School operations including enrolments, wellbeing programs and compliance
  • Promoting Christian Worldview integration across all areas of the curriculum
  • Partnering with the wider network and community to grow Kingdom impact
Selection Criteria:

Essential:

  • A personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and active involvement in a church
  • A clear alignment with the Statement of Faith and Foundational Beliefs
  • Demonstrated experience in educational leadership, preferably at a whole-school or executive level
  • Strength in staff development, curriculum leadership and pastoral care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a servant-leader mindset
  • Proven ability to build culture, manage change and inspire excellence
  • A deep love for children and a vision to see them thrive in Christ

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Head of School or Deputy-level role
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and differentiated learning
  • Familiarity with WA curriculum
