About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a disability support worker in Moree, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized support to clients, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide support with daily routines, personal care, and community outings
- Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic support services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to supporting people with disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
- Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field (NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, Driver's Licence)
