About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a disability support worker in Moree, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized support to clients, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with daily routines, personal care, and community outings
  • Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic support services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to supporting people with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field (NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, Driver's Licence)
