About the Role

  • This position involves ensuring the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues.
  • Provide customers with timely responses to digital, social, chat, and telephone-based requests and effectively resolve complaints.
  • Manage third-party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues.
  • Identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss.
  • Collaborate with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues as required.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and follow processes.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer and numerical skills required.
  • Able to work well within a team environment.
