About the Role
- This position involves ensuring the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues.
- Provide customers with timely responses to digital, social, chat, and telephone-based requests and effectively resolve complaints.
- Manage third-party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues.
- Identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss.
- Collaborate with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues as required.
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and follow processes.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer and numerical skills required.
- Able to work well within a team environment.
