We are seeking an experienced Mineral Resource Development Professional to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across multiple disciplines, including geology, exploration and planning.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mine grade control block models and 3D modeling databases.

This involves producing near-mine and grade control drill plans, maintaining 3D geological block models and assisting in the determination and optimization of mineral reserves.

You will work closely with all stakeholders, including site-based technical teams, members of the exploration team and wider Global Planning Group, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining mine grade control block models and 3D modeling databases
  • Producing near-mine and grade control drill plans
  • Maintaining 3D geological block models
  • Assisting in the determination and optimization of mineral reserves
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple disciplines
