
Community Development and Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs. The role involves coordinating property and tenancy functions, planning, delivering, and reporting on designated projects. You will also provide relevant financial and compliance reporting to staff and external parties, as well as procurement and freight coordination.
This position requires extensive experience in facilities, assets, or project management. You must hold or be working towards a tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, or Project Management. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
Job Description- Coordinate property and tenancy functions, including planning, delivery, and reporting on designated projects.
- Provide relevant financial and compliance reporting to staff and external parties.
- Manage procurement and freight coordination processes.
- Extensive experience in facilities, assets, or project management.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration, or Project Management.
- Ability to acquire a NT Ochre card and hold a current driver's licence.
