Job Title: Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant plays a vital role in the success of our organization by providing administrative support to various departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing day-to-day tasks as assigned by management;
  • Managing financial transactions such as processing payments, orders, receipts, banking, and reconciling invoices for payment;
  • Assisting with coordinating school maintenance and safety inspections, operating and controlling school hire schemes, arranging bookings for community use of school facilities, and undertaking stock-takes of school plant and equipment;

Requirements

Applicants must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Relevant work experience and education are highly desirable.
