About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to deliver and assess qualifications in Foundation Skills Package. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about their own learning and development, and enjoy helping others learn and grow.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality training sessions, with a focus on engagement and compliance. They will also have extensive industry experience and qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery of training.

  • Deliver and assess Foundation Skills Package qualifications to clients
  • Design and develop engaging training programs that meet client needs
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 (including the TAESS00009 unit for Foundation Skills)
  • Qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery of training
  • Extensive industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering accredited vocational training
  • Ability to engage all learner types and levels
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
  • Ability to build supportive relationships with students
  • Moderate computer literacy, including MS Office suite
  • Current Driving Licence
  • National Police Check
