As an Educator, you will be the foundation of our success as an organization. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional guest service by interacting with guests to ensure a great experience.
  2. Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
  3. Articulate the value and benefit of our products through technical product education.
  4. Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences by conducting accurate and timely transactions.
  5. Move dynamically to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs.
  6. Partner with store leadership to receive and address guest feedback.
Working Collaboratively
  1. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
  2. Establish supportive relationships with all team members.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure optimal guest experiences and support store operations.
Store Operations
  1. Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.
  2. Utilize in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
  3. Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift.
  4. Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures.
