We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary contact for clients and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process documentation with accuracy for employers commencing with our services.
- Utilize in-house software for the end-to-end arrangement of salary packaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to provide top-class service to clients.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional phone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and comfortable with learning new systems/software.
