We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher and Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at one of our centres in the North of the River (Ashby) area. About the Role:

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that foster a love of learning in young children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child, ensuring they thrive and reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to manage daily operations and ensure the centre meets/exceeds National Quality Standards.
  • Support educators in effectively implementing the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

About You:

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant teachers' registration.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an ECT or in a management role.
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
