Recruitment Specialist

A dynamic role has emerged at Macro Recruitment, a well-established agency with over three decades of experience in Permanent and Labour hire recruitment. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, specialising in the blue and white collar sectors.
Key responsibilities include calling candidates to assess their suitability for jobs, writing job advertisements, and telephone screening of candidates. You will also be required to assist with writing up interview notes of shortlisted candidates and perform reference checking. Furthermore, you will be responsible for candidate resourcing and finding innovative ways to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
Requirements for the role include past experience with high volume of outbound calling, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional time management and organisational skills. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills with great phone manners, as well as be able to live within 15km of Hawthorn.
As a Recruitment Specialist at Macro Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with candidates and clients, and contribute to the company's mission of matching talent with the right roles.
The salary for this role is competitive, with a base salary of $60,000 per annum and the potential for commission, resulting in a total annual earnings of $80,000 in the first year.
