Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your payroll team to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
  • Conduct regular data audits and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strict governance and compliance standards to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Uphold and improve payroll policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the executive team to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
  • Drive process improvements, providing recommendations to senior management for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Previous experience using Chris21.
  • Strong working knowledge of the SCHADS award and its application.
  • Experience driving service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and external partners.
