Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team, delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Description:

Provide advanced nursing assessment, diagnosis, care, and intervention to patients and their carers.

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnoses
  • Prescribe medications as needed
  • Order and interpret pathology and radiological tests
  • Provide telehealth consults to patients
  • Refer patients to appropriate health professionals
  • Manage patient care upon referral from other health professionals
  • Prescribe and administer approved formulary medications
  • Participate in peer and case review procedures
  • Contribute to workforce development programs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Compliance with relevant Federal/State legislation and local procedures related to the delivery of health services and prescribing of scheduled medicines is essential.

  • Hold current Immunisation Certification as per your relevant State/Territory requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration and Registered Nurse endorsement
  • Maintain eligibility to participate under Medicare
  • Complete CPR and Anaphylaxis training annually
