Our company is seeking a Senior Agronomy Manager to join our team in Albury.

This role involves providing agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in the region, with product sales both in store and on farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert agronomic and technical support to clients
  • Gain exposure to agriculture areas with broadacre cropping
  • Work alongside a team within a well-established business
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH SUPERIOR SALES AND AGRONOMIC INPUT
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and target new clients through exceptional sales and agronomic input
  • Stay up to date with latest plant production practices
About You:

You will be strong in agricultural science and have a history of building successful partnerships with customers. You should also have experience in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed and chemical products.

You will have excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, as well as a tertiary qualification in agricultural science or related field and a current driver's license.

Familiarity with agricultural chemicals and fertiliser is beneficial.
