Meat Department Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our meat department, providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Job Description:The Meat Department Leader will be responsible for managing a team of butchers, creating rosters, generating orders, and conducting stock takes. The successful candidate will possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery and have fresh food retail knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of butchers
- Create and implement effective rostering strategies
- Generate accurate orders and control costs
- Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential)
- Fresh food retail knowledge (desired)
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
