Support Adults with Complex Needs

We are seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide personalized care and support in the Outer West Melbourne Region.

  • Empower Individuals: Foster independence, inclusion, and social participation within the community.
  • Customized Care Plans: Implement tailored support plans, ensuring accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Communication Skills: Deliver high-quality care with empathy, patience, and effective communication.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience and qualifications in intellectual disabilities and complex behavioural needs.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Australian-issued driver's license, unrestricted working rights, Certificate III or above in Disability Support or a related field, Current First Aid and CPR certification, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check, National Criminal History Check, evidence of vaccination or exemption from vaccination against COVID-19, two professional references.
