About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to launch a career in dental healthcare by joining our member health team as a Dental Assistant Trainee.

  • During this 12-month traineeship program, you will receive hands-on training and valuable industry insights to kickstart your journey.

You will be responsible for providing support to Dentists, Hygienists, and experienced Dental Assistants in maintaining a clean and healthy clinical environment. This includes tasks such as instrument sterilization and patient care management.

Your key duties will also include:

  • Preparing treatment rooms and managing administrative tasks, including entering patient details into records

You will work closely with our team to develop essential skills and knowledge in the dental field.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients through empathy and understanding
  • Highly developed skills in time management, attention to detail, and prioritization to ensure seamless delivery of services
