About the role:

You will report directly to the Store Manager and take full responsibility for the daily operations of our fresh produce department. You'll take pride in contributing to a store that is meticulously presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, colleagues, and the local community.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to achieve sales targets, control costs, and meet rostering requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional department standards by monitoring stock, implementing rotation routines, reducing wastage, minimizing shrinkage, and ensuring quality control.
