**Job Overview**

A key client is seeking a senior ICT security professional to lead their security operations team.

This role is critical in enabling the organisation to achieve its strategy while protecting its information and services against security threats.

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for implementing effective security controls and ensuring the integrity of the organisation's ICT systems.

  • Tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, Information and Communications Technology or demonstrated equivalent experience is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated success in Operational ICT security in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the information security landscape and threats.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of ICT architecture and security features for large variety of ICT systems including cloud (Operating systems, Databases, Networks, Virtualisations, Office, AWS, Azure).
  • System certifications on key infrastructure products (Operating systems, Databases, Networks, Virtualisations, Office, AWS, Azure).
