We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary practice in Sydney, Australia. Our team provides NDIS therapy services to children and young adults with permanent and significant disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive home-based participant assessments and produce detailed reports to support NDIS funding.
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and carers to develop personalized assessment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
- Continuously assess, review, and evaluate programs or treatments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Liaise with other treating professionals to discuss individual progress.
- BA in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Registration with APHRA in Australia.
- Current Working with Children Check, Police check, and CPR training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Knowledge of the NDIS system and process (preferred but not essential).
- Competitive salary package.
- KPI case load of 5 per day.
- Clinic and community-based (hybrid) work environment.
