About this Position:

This senior leadership role oversees complex, multidisciplinary projects and provides expert guidance to ensure high technical standards. Responsibilities include strategic project delivery, client relationship management, team leadership, and fostering a high-performing culture.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced professional with broad expertise across multiple sectors and regions.

Key Challenges and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities within Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ)
  • Maintain and develop a high-performing team that reflects the company's aspirations to be industry leaders
  • Play a key role in securing commercially successful bids while ensuring risks are effectively managed
  • Capitalise on existing relationships and introduce new services when necessary
  • Apply specialist and detailed technical expertise, ensuring compliance with organisational systems and processes
  • Oversee and lead commercial negotiations of major projects, ensuring best outcomes for the business

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field
  • Certified with a professional accreditation where relevant
  • Experience of being active in industry conferences/networking events
  • Previous experience of leading commercial negotiations and leading teams throughout major project assessments
  • High-level understanding and experience throughout multiple sectors and/or geographies
