Job Opportunity:

The role of a Director, Technical Consulting Services is pivotal in overseeing our Workday data, integrations, and AI initiatives across the EMEA region, aligning with global Workday practice and wider EPS initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Support the pursuit process for technical consulting work.
  • Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
  • Guide Senior Managers and/or Managing Consultants to ensure consultants adhere to activities, processes, and procedures outlined in Workday and the Cynergy Implementation Methodology.

Requirements:
  • Possess 7-10 years of Workday (or other ERP) Technical Consulting implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a remote team.

This role demands strong leadership skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive team performance to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
